  • Provide photos of the damaged product

Wrong Product Received

Received the wrong item? Please contact us within 48 hours.

  • We will arrange replacement of the correct product
  • We provide return instructions
  • HOXO covers return shipping costs

Changed Your Mind

Changed your mind? You may return unused products within 30 days.

  • Must be complete, unused, and in original packaging
  • Refund is processed after inspection
